Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal according to § § 312g Paragraph 1 No. 1 BGB

Dear consumers,

since the online shop (gallery shop) only offers goods that are produced by an external producer only after individual selection and ordering by means of the so-called print-on-demand production (print-on-demand = print to order) . Unfortunately, the statutory right of withdrawal for the goods offered is excluded.

For explanation:

According to § 312g Paragraph 1 No. 1 BGB (Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The goods that consumers can order in our online shop are - also from an ecological point of view - only after individual selection commissioned and manufactured by consumers (e.g. motif, size of the goods, etc.) or tailored to their personal needs.

Best regards
