4. Scope of delivery :

Our photo specialist always delivers your order completely and in one shipment. Should a subsequent delivery be necessary in individual cases, this is free of shipping costs for you! If you are not at the delivery address given on the day of delivery, you will be informed accordingly by our shipping partner. In the case of delivery by a forwarding agent, you will be informed in advance about the delivery date (by e-mail or telephone ). With the shipping confirmation you will also receive the tracking number and you can track your package online.

5. Delivery by SPEDITION - "free kerbside" :

For Formats individually agreed between us (see under menu item " Individual formats and autographed editions " ) that exceed the formats specified above, or Order quantities over 10 pictures , there may be a Forwarding agency for delivery must be commissioned .
